Nice quality after months of testing

My mom used to rent medical bed from Medicare after discharged from hospital, but she insist to return it within a week of rental due to the bad quality. Now, she has this bed for months and like it the most of time. She has back pain after car accident sometimes she complain about her back pain, but the most of time she is happy with this bed. The mettress is firm and supportive, she needs add some back support pillow when sleeping, so she can relax her back more. Great buy!

Hospital bed is a great value

Bed works great. Only had to unbox and slide the headboard and footboard into place. The twenty dollars for putting the bed in room of your choice was worth the money! Mattress is foam about 3 inches, but we bought a drive air mattress that fits it just fine.

Design Flaw

Bed works wonderfully. However there is a design flaw with the bed. The frame rails with the wheels supplied will not accommodate a standard Hoyer lift sliding under the bed. Vender needs to address this to help all concerned. Needs bigger wheels or longer wheel pivot posts to raise rails 3 inches.

Great value for money, great hospital bed for home care of loved ones

We purchased OLERN Premium 5 Function Full Electric bed for my husband. The bed itself comes fully assembled. The only things you need to put together is the foot and head boards and the side anti-collision wheels. They all simply slide in, no tools required. In less than a minute you have a fully functionable bed. My husband feels very comfortable and happy in this bed. He also loves the fact that when he raises the legs and back portions of the bed and then uses the forward Trendelenburg, the bed almost turns into a chair which makes it easier to watch TV but also to socialize with people around him, which also keeps him some sense of normalcy. Also, this position is good to take the pressure off the lungs and prevent pneumonia and the pressure off the back of the heels to prevent bed sores. He loves the CPR button, because it makes the bed go quickly to its original flat position without having to individually press on different buttons, so that he can get out of bed, in case of a toilette emergency. Due to the fact that he lost a lot of weight, due to illness, he feels like his bones protrude through his skin, which causes him pain and discomfort. Therefore we purchased separately a 2" mattress topper for more comfort. But he said that the mattress that comes with the bed also feels comfy. The customer service from the manufacturer, Olern, are also amazing. They are knowledgeable, empathetic, caring and swift in their responses. Overall we are happy with our purchase. Yes, it may be on the pricey side, but it is well worth the comfort of a loved one with declining health.
